About the event
Do you think it is time to improve your physical shape, weight, balance, strength and overall condition? If yes, come join us for a workout. It is never too late to start! People with a wide spectrum of abilities benefit from this workout. We walk around the gym for the first 15 minutes incorporating stretching exercises. Our experienced instructor leads us in exercises including the use of resistance items such as bands, weights, etc. We also focus on balance exercises. Come try out this class for exercise and fellowship. Improve your health in several ways! Come to Covenant Hall with a work-out mat (chairs provided if preferred), water bottle and hand barbells (if you would like). Men and women are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
